electode?
no equipment? i see a chalk bag and climbing shoes. the activity is called "buildering" (like bouldering but on buildings)
things rings of the same BS that Ivanpah solar plant went through. trying to build an environmentally friendly power plant, but you can't move a couple turtles out of the way to do it. THEN after it's built complain about all the poor birds that get cooked a little. there is NO pleasing the environmentalists…
funnel cakes are deep fried, not made on a skillet? but yes, this would work much better for funnel cakes
true. but operating plants are constantly upgrading their equipment, replacing old parts with new and better ones, and increasing their safety regiments. if you took a 60s camaro and added disc brakes, power steering, seatbelts, air bags, traction control, anti-lock brakes, etc you can come out with a lot safer car.…
they're not necessarily made any differently though. safety related components simply have all the paperwork to back them up. if you have a problem with one elbow in a pipe line you want to know where every other elbow made from that lot of steel is (at every power plant) so you can replace them and avoid future…
i don't think anyone is actively pursuing the EPR reactor in the US at the moment. the one utility i knew of that was working on it lost interest 4 years ago. the french need an american utility to be 51% of the company before anything serious will start happening again. like i said in another comment, the economics…
new plant designs have been green lit, or are sort of near the design licensing stage. the problem is the economics of building the new plants. at 10 billion dollars a piece (at LEAST), and the price of natural gas being so low no one is going to put up the capital and wait 10 years to turn their plant on.
the microwave oven.
only 12 million? sounds like a good deal actually
ooh, feeback. i'd love to get some fees back from microsoft
nah. i avoid advertising at all costs. i don't watch live television (except during football season), i don't go to movie theaters, i don't listen to the radio, i don't read magazines. i think the world has become too accepting of advertisements invading everything we do. and i don't believe it's right to suck…
that ... is pretty nifty. needs a better font though or coworkers will be unimpressed
aw. well... sorry to Brady and some other guys. but i'm not uninstalling it
i could be wrong, but i thought adblock just kept the ads from displaying, it doesn't prevent them from loading, so people still get their revenue? also, and i have no idea how youtube people really get paid, but if it's by views of their video, they get paid when i watch it, whether or not i actually see the ad.
"douchebags" is two words not one, spaces are used to separate words.
i'm sorry that you don't understand how compound words or screen names work. you'll get there some day. keep at it.
now if one wants to use aV or Av or a-v or anti-v or aVirus or something, i'm cool with that. even AV i suppose. but certainly not A/V.
