A worthwhile read. Covers some of the same ground as Rinzlers books, but a good companion. Features a lot of Gary Kurtz and others input on abandoned ideas.

Michael Kaminsky's Secret History of Star Wars is a really well-written and researched book that reveals how very little planning, writing and revision went into the prequel scripts. It completely blows apart the myth that Lucas ever had any "master plan" for Star Wars.
Harrison Ford used to hint at having an awesome sense of humor. I'd love to see him play something that looks like fun for a change.
