Pre-order it on Amazon Prime (if you have it). They don’t charge you until the game ships, but you’ll still be able to play the beta.

I was really thinking about pre-ordering for the Beta, but I think I’ll wait now. They just didn’t show me enough to get me that excited. Destiny 1 was a good game, but I wanted to see some of the things that are going to possible now that they’re not hobbled by having to develop for ancient consoles.
