People underestimate the distance they can easily travel on a bike. Especially something like an e-bike that can either assist with power or flat out propel you all by itself for many miles. I’d say 90% is too large of an estimate, but we don’t need bike infrastructure everywhere. Just in places that make sense and

You don’t have to bike every single day. It’s not an all-or-nothing situation. I definitely wouldn’t on bad weather days or when it’s really hot, but there are still a lot of days that it would be great.

I would love to bike to work, but I would only do it on a dedicated bike trail or a bike lan on the road that has some kind of physical barrier between me and the car lanes. A large speed bump at minimum that could deflect a car veering into the bike lane as the idiot behind the wheel stares at their phone.

pretty close to a 2000 f150 and definitely larger than a 2000 ranger.

Actually, the interim speaker doesn’t have that power. All he can do is recess the house, adjourn the chamber, and recognizer speaker nominations. Basically, congress can’t do anything until there is an elected speaker. If one is not elected in 45 days we’re screwed. But also whoever is elected will need to basically

The real test will be delivering on every single reservation,”

I for one am looking forward to the launch of the cybertruck. It will be so much easier to spot and avoid the diehard Musk fanboys.

Cybertruck: at least it will be easier to spot the die-hard Musk nutjobs!

IMO, the main reason for cars getting updated every ~4 years is to keep people coming back to buy the ‘new’ car because theirs looks old now.”

Model 3 design is really long in the tooth at this point. The same design as the original. I’m sure a combination of that and more options from other companies are driving the sales dip.

I think that “ranger” is bigger than or at least the same size as the f150 from over 10 years ago!

This is way too much truck for American truck market, because they don’t actually need trucks.

That can be said for any EV. It’s a net zero game unless people are buying EVs in addition to ICEs.

But on the used market it qualifies for a tax credit.
