I’ve been following Engineered to Slide for years. The only thing about that “drift truck” that is truck-like is the shape of the fiberglass body. It’s a custom tube frame chassis with an SR20 and subframes from a Silvia. Not hating on the truck at all (it’s one of the greatest custom builds in automotive history),

This car needs no introduction.

1) The hybrid system was disconnected, so instead of 1200 bhp, they were running with just 500 bhp. The rest of the LMP1 field should watch out next year when they’re using all the ponies.
2) They were forced to use a narrower front tire than originally designed, and Michelin wasn’t able to develop a tire specific to

GT40! When Ford beat Ferrari at its own game. USA USA USA....!

We all want a CRX, because beater racecar/dd!

Toyota GT-One.

Both wrong, although I love the Rally Turtle! From STPR this weekend:

Can I suggest the Volga V12 hotrod by A:Level? The drivetrain and chassis is a BMW 850 CSi so there’s a 380hp V12 and manual transmission lurking under that modified 50s Soviet-designed body (which was modified a lot if you can’t notice).

Tatra 603

Have I got the car for you!...

Nice.

For anyone wondering where this comes from.

People are gonna hate regardless. No matter what BMW produces, so many of the commenters can’t say anything positive. Yes they have done some silly naming schemes, but overall their product selection is strong. Options, and a lot of them. Want a silly overpowered trackable SUV? X5M Check. A nice, reasonable, and fun

Oh sweet Jesus, that’s a great livery. Now I want an AllTrac turbo. Anyone selling one?

The Mercury Sable of that era had to be one of the ugliest automobiles ever. The rear end is vomit inducing. They also had the rust prone rear springs that could snap and shoot out of the wheel wells and could puncture a tire....what a load. I always wondered who walked into a dealership back then and said “ooh, I

Aaron, just wanted to say thanks for keeping this list all facelifts and not gen-changes

^ This is a bad opinion.

He did race in the WRC and he was at the lower end of the average. But the important thing is that he never had any pretensions or illusions about his performance and capability; he was pretty realistic and down to earth. So yeah, he is a stunt driver and he is damn good at it.
