Having had to drive a few of these, I fully agree it was an obnoxious and stupid setup, though useful if you ever want to see what speed other Civic drivers were doing.

Jaguar CX75. We were sooo close.

Honda gave the Swedes a good run for their money

Maybe I’m just a hater, but save for a few examples (CLS 3.0, 2002 Turbo, E36 LTW) the M livery treatment has never looked flattering on BMW’s street cars. This M6’s graphics are particularly cheap looking, like the owner ordered some vinyls off Ebay and just slapped them on.

I need to see this concept with different wheels. I see the Mission E Concept and keep thinking of these.

The overall effect of this Tiguan R reminds me strongly of the Forester STI

I can agree that the F-Type’s “cackle & pop” is a little over the top, but honestly I think overall the effect adds to the experience rather than becoming distracting. For an example, when I was in a new S3, the little gurgle it made between the shifts helped make the motor feel more substantial to me. Even though

*ahem*

I’m glad I went back to insert the vague “one of the”. I don’t know as much about domestics and had a sneaking suspicion if anyone could hang onto a motor longer than Jag’s straight-6, it’d be the Big Three. I wonder if a more knowledgeable person would know what the longest running/most used straight-6 really is. My

“Lowered and cambered-out your car but can’t deal with the fact that your car rubs and scrapes on everything and everywhere you go?”

I can feel for H1 owners because it’s an automotive icon. To a few people, it’s a dream car. Wouldn’t you feel sympathetic if someone had a hard time enjoying their Countach because of problems/costs? Well, this is basically an exotic of the truck world. Now maybe some of their owners are assholes, but doesn’t that

“but I’m shocked they haven’t upgraded the engine at all.”

Completely agree. With the older models, as long as you avoid the bright colors (white, red, yellow, etc.) the headlights aren’t so bad. I think the bezels added to the projectors on the One to One versions help it look a lot better.

Now playing

No love for Kavinsky’s Testarossa? The music is pretty much made for night driving, the Ferrari is a character in all of the videos, and the car actually comes back to life in one of the videos. I mean, save for “It Was A Good Day”, how many of these songs actually make you picture a specific vehicle when listening to

Nope! Save for a few models, I prefer most Ferraris in blue. Whether it be loud and vibrant:

Actually, come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever come across a red 612. They’re almost always some variation of silver, grey, blue or black. Not that I’m complaining though, a red 612 is a lot of red.

Imagine if these test mules had lives after their R&D duties were finished...
