A lot to like here. One of my main takeaways is how the story has most definitely evolved into an unabashed nod to hyper-feminism. Seems like strong competent women are now positioned and empowered to be calling the shots behind every house in play. Even Dorne! Interesting…

I'll bet having now come back from being dead and already having the Warg blood in him is going to give Jon Snow a lot of influence over the White Walker zombie army.

So now that Jon Snow is half a zombie himself, I expect his uniqueness will figure in greatly when Winter finally comes and it's time to deal with that slushy Zombie-King guy.

I'm nearly a 50 year old man- but when When Ser Jorah did that shoulder roll and took out the last gladiator- I cheered out loud like a kid. Any other show, you knew he would have lived from the onset, but you gotta admit, GoT has done a decent good job of messing with such expectations.

That's true, Joan being Joan. But despite her not making a big deal about being a single parent and raising their kid entirely independently, Roger still had a natural responsibility to have some stake in the kid's well being. the Peggy/Pete kid thing had such a sad, hush-hush resolution- I'm glad Roger's twilight

I liked it. Peggy's happily ever after resolution with Stan seemed a tad forced, but so what? Besides, I'm really posting to say that I semi-called it.

Some subtle Breaking Bad nods here. First shot as the train pulled into Albuquerque had a familiar blue tinge to it. Some colorful foreshadowing there. And in the last scene Frank cries "I broke my boy” Breaking Boy. I like that.
