Glad its sous vide, might give it a try. I used to always get the steak but after a few times getting blue (raw) pieces of meat in my burrito, I stopped and started getting the barbacoa or pulled pork. Since they chop up the steak and leave it out in a tray that can be unsafe to eat raw beef like that.
