Yeah, I suck at reading headlines. Read it as a 1990, not 1980

Well, you can get a brand new car with 0% APR for 60-84 months, so uhh, that is essentially like cash, but better.

Honestly, this sounds good on paper but is a horrible use of your money unless you’re buying investment-grade vehicles that are not depreciating. Financing a car, especially if you are responsible and have good credit, is infinitely better to do.

amen to that. only exterior mod i got on mine are wheels.

Yes, it’s getting tough to find unmolested RX-7's around. But they’re out there. :-)

“Cut springs” immediately discredits any other work done to the car. The price might be right for some, but I wouldn’t go higher than half the listed price.

I am pretty sure he got his eccentric shaft, rotors and housings from ppre. Very few are more qualified to build a turbo 4 rotor than them.

Bird in the hand. Get out now.

Banker here. The way Tom broke it down for you is pretty much perfect. Although I hate to give financial advice with such limited information I would suggest trading it in now. You can take a wash on the car, which isn’t a bad thing, and look for something much cheaper. Look for a midsize sedan which are cheap as hell

I highly endorse this take.

All these people out here judging...

Oh man, that green one. That’s almost not safe for work.

Because we’re all at work earning money to buy an old Porsche.

I love 914s and especially 914-6s but this is as priced like a 911 and it will never ever be a 911, CP for this kind of money you could have two 912s (1967 for $36k in green and 1965 for $45k in red)

Yeah I tend not to care what people do with their own shit on their own property. If you get mad because someone has a car in their driveway that hasn’t moved in months, that’s your problem, not theirs.

Not with the current testing, we weren’t. Not with the current emissions requirements, we weren’t. Not with the current safety standards(or anything even remotely close to it), we weren’t. Low-hanging fruit aren’t so low-hanging anymore. The fact that today’s car’s already get better mileage than the cars of yore

I love this vintage of the Bronco. However, why fuck up a brilliant paint scheme? The Eddie Bower tan color that was complementary on these trucks was the shit. It’s what made them look great.

Isuzu VehiCROSS, in this exact color:

Going to go against the crowd here... I don’t hate this. I’m even ok with the two-tone paint. Price is stupid though.
