This is what galls me most. Because I’m sure people of notable financial means would have no problem getting a mask. But you know who typically ride buses? NOT PEOPLE OF FINANCIAL MEANS! So are masks now a ‘poor people pandemic tax’??

I thought it was just common sense to wear a mask while out in public, but I stand corrected. I wish they were handed out every week like in other countries. I wish people knew better than to assault someone without a mask. I wish people had the sense to wear one in public without having to be personally told to do so.

How about SEPTA actually tell people before they get to the station/bus stop that they weren’t going to let people on without a mask. If people are told that they should but it isn’t mandatory and then you decide to make it mandatory without notice, how can you blame the person for not wanting to leave after being…

It would have taken a lot less effort to give the man a mask than it did to yank him off the bus the way they did with no regard to his safety whatsoever.
