That’s not set in stone. Fuel charges are only on BA flights due to LHR. You can still score US-EUROPE flights on other carriers like AirBerlin.

It's a delicate balance. I have some 40+ trade lines on my credit report and my FICO credit scores are 790, 812, 810. It really boils down to credit utilization (aka how much you owe) and deliquency (aka payments >30 days late).

Not really... get someone to add you as an authorized user on their credit card and then dispute it with the credit reporting agency.

I've done this. Disputed bad authorized user accounts with credit agencies. Poof. Instant excellent credit again.
