Dave's Mallet..:) She's still available for anyone who may have interest. One off piece of AMG history that won't be finicky like the quad cam heads... You could daily drive this car w/o issue. Can't say that about most of the vintage AMG one off's.

Hammers +1000..However, it really needs to be a 6L, but that's just me. Touring, Sedan or Coupe...I love 'em all:)

I remember this car... Little known story, but GM actually talked to AMG about having work done.. Arranged a big driving event for all the AMG boys to show off their wares.

If they'd bring it over with a diesel under the hood, yes.

That V6 BlueTec engine is Junk compared to it's predecessor. The last Great diesels from MB had cast iron block and in an I6.

better off w/ the 05/06 E320 CDI, that engine will put up w/ a Much more abuse/poor fuel quality etc.. conventional suspension will also net dividends when in the outer most reaches...never mind the relative "lack" of modules..

Not so much a Hammer per say but it does have a Hammer engine:) That particular SEC is Kurt's old racecar..sadly, the log books were thrown out after he passed away. Shame as w/o knowing what/what has not been done there are a lot of Big Expensive questions being left unanswered on the table.
