I may be old fashioned, but i really dislike when PPV big matches end up with BS finishes. I'd love if WWE kept those on RAW & SDL and out of the PPVs where things should actually settle.

It's not inconsistent character work, but perhaps it's something worse: WWE is distancing JBL from his bully commentator persona to protect him from the Mauro Ranallo scandal.
I'm not sure what kind of product WWE is trying to churn out these days, but the moment Reigns came out as #30 and started feuding with Undertaker I realized that perhaps it's just not for me.
Steve Austin does regret coming up with the "What?" chant, in fact.
I never really get that reasoning though: as much as wrestlers have to hone their craft in the ring before they can step in a main roster show, they also have to learn to cut a promo. Why try to ignore that using 100% (poorly, most of the times) scripted lines?
Plus, his dedication to the title *did* give the belt its prestige back, and a former WWE Champion going after it can only help the situation further.
I misguidedly thought that Harper had a true chance at getting in the IC title picture after that stellar match last week (and after putting up great matches no matter how many times he's asked to job for the stars) but alas, with Dean and Miz already in a feud, that obviously wasn't going to happen.
I don't know about that - thanks to the Wyatts being the champs, Zach & Mojo's win against the Ascension felt like it actually meant something.
It's incredible how Bray and Randy have downright electrified the SmackDown! Live Tag Team division. The Ascension gimmick suddenly feels right, the babyface teams have a seemingly unstoppable enemy to defeat if they want those titles… it's all great, and even more so compared to the wasteland the New Day have turned…
