I thought that Season 1 was stronger than Season 2 overall, but Season 2 did have some really great moments.

I really liked the initial premise, but think the show really went off the rails. I wanted a show where all the different Maslanys pretended to be each other for whatever reason but not one that also involved a talking scorpion, weird cults, and a guy with a tiny tail.

I don’t really understand the appeal of a yacht. I get that for the mega-wealthy the cost isn’t a concern but at the end of the day, you’re still just stuck hanging out on a big boat that barely moves. Why not just buy up some waterfront property and avoid all the logistics of the boat?

I still can’t believe that people even want to go to the Super Bowl that badly. Between the insane costs, logistical nightmares, and the fact that it’s incredibly difficult to tell what’s going on at a live football game, why not just have a watch party at home?

Dough-da

Honestly, if I didn’t already know that Luke was a de-aged/CGI/whatever creation I would have no idea what we’re seeing isn’t a real actor. I’ll bet a lot of the criticism is only because people already know it’s not a real actor and they focus in on what might not look quite right. That said, his dialogue is

Who the heck is Cad Bane?!? I thought that was Rango from that Rango movie.

The Lost World has some really great scenes (T-Rex’s vs the trailer, raptors in the tall grass) but also some truly baffling parts (girl fighting raptor using gymnastics, T-Rex running around downtown) that bring the overall average down. It’s still a pretty good watch in my opinion though.

Oh the humanity!! What’s next, pants on Winnie the Pooh!?!

I fully agree with the message of the film and really like all the main actors, but Don’t Look Up really just wasn’t very funny or entertaining. Sorry Ron.

No kidding. As someone who would love to watch No Way Home but isn’t willing to risk getting COVID at the theater, I’m doing my best to avoid spoilers by not reading any Spider-Man articles until I can watch at home, yet here’s a header image with a major spoiler anyway. And yea, I already know the other Spiders-Man(?)

I literally was just in a meeting with a coworker who thought a real person died on the Peloton bike (in reference to the Sex and the City storyline), so yea even when people are not dumb the story can be misremembered and still damage a brand.

I think that is the case. Two years of monthly subscriptions is roughly the same cost as the bike. The big issue is apparently keeping the shareholders happy by consistently increasing revenue though and if no more bikes sell then no new subscriptions begin.

Different use cases. I have both and use my road bike and direct drive trainer when I want to ride on Zwift for 60+ minutes while watching a movie or something and I’ll jump on the Peloton bike when I want to just ride hard for 30 mins and compete with the rest of the leaderboard. Also, the road bike and indoor setup

Yea it’s really strange. When the price of the bike came down $400 a few months ago I bought one and personally know of four friends or family members who bought one around that same time. I figured the price drop was really boosting sales based on my anecdotal evidence.

Honest answer: There are a lot of home treadmills that cost more than $2800 and if you’re a semi-serious runner a $700 ProForm just won’t do it from a build quality standpoint. I hear the “it’s just a spin bike/treadmill with an iPad taped on” argument all the time and while I still agree that they are a little

It appears Children of Men was mistakenly not included

Black Santa” just jogging off was really incredibly funny, in the worst way. I’m no filmmaker, but even I can point out so many issues with the production value of this show. I’m about ready to just concede that it sucks.

Troy is my guess as well, though it’s one of my guilty pleasures. It’s like 300 but for people who don’t drink Monster energy drinks.

I honestly don’t know what half of the things you listed are, but +1 for putting more effort into planning something out than WB has.
