I clicked through the first 4 slides and then realized, “this is just a list of movies coming out this year.”

Amy Adams at least has Sharp Objects and Vice on her recent resume, but yea definitely some bombs in there too after Arrival in 2016.

It’s sad that Jessica Chastain hasn’t been in a good movie since Miss Sloane all the way back in 2016.

Hey Mr. and Mrs. Smith was a fun romp!

Please don’t give them any ideas

Kirby is an upgrade in my opinion. Comer was great in the one season of Killing Eve that I watched, but think she’s pretty forgettable/replaceable in the few other things I’ve seen her in (The Last Duel, Free Guy.)

Is Uncle Nicky really just carrying his laptop everywhere he goes so he can continue to to creep on Sally? And yea, talk about clunky exposition (“remember how I told you I found Sally on Facebook and I log on everyday...”)

The Beth comedy is great, keep it coming.

I hadn’t been born yet when the Challenger disaster

Disney should have just insisted it be pronounced “slav-oh-nee”.

And the coolest ship!

It really was quite (unexpectedly) good. I’d say it takes a little bit until you start to understand who everyone is, since the interactions between lords, squires, and knights isn’t exactly common knowledge, but I really enjoyed seeing the same story told from three different points of view. And the duel did not

A new take on a classic

He launched MiamiCoin (now down 76% from its August peak)“

The dubbing made it so bad! (My wife refused to read the subtitles...)

I didn’t much enjoy Season 1, as I had a hard time following the different timelines (and never played the game), but it sounds like I should give Season 2 a chance.

Yea way to go Smollett, just more fuel for the Fox News (Christmas Tree) fire...

I can deal with the laundering, but it’s the folding of all the bills and putting them back in the closet that kills me.

I don’t really care who directs Rogue Squadron, I’m just happy were getting it. That said, it would be pretty disappointing if it were bad.

Federal student loan interest rates are the same for everyone and are currently only at 3.73% (I think they were in the 5-6% range when I went to college.) I don’t think many people would call those rates high. But the argument here is that students who took out loans and still have outstanding principal are the only

Public college SHOULD be free but the fact is that anyone who took out student loans did so knowing the financial obligation. Cancelling student debt now unfairly benefits the students/former students who have not found some way to pay off their loans already. Ex: Student A and Student B both graduate at the same

Not a great comparison. This would be like filming a movie where one character is a rapist and then giving that actor a pass because they “only” sexually assaulted someone in real life. My example here is certainly far more extreme, but I think that just because the actors read the jokes in the script while filming
