@ReverendDexter: Cheer up little buckaroo. The beauty of Android is that a back up of the app will surely be "shared" by a friendly Droidster pretty soon.
Oddly enough, the only time I've seen Avatar was from a rip my cousin made of the her now reviewed DVD. At the time I thought exactly the same thing as Mr. Herrman here.
@mojo7766: And his evil cousin, Bad Jojo
I always fly with gel insoles and up until now I was blissfully unaware that I was breaking the law. Thanks Giz, now I will no longer be gellin' in peace during flights.
@Thunderbyte: Take a netbook's components ($399 for a Dell Mini) and remove the battery and display (at least $100 bucks right there), then install Linux and Boxee and you are done. All the glory, far less gory.
What so messed up about this is that I use a MacMini with Boxee on it and it works like a dream. Why couldn't they make the Boxee Box equally awesome?
One day, when we are all gone, alien archeologists will visit the UAE, look at all the impractical and goofy structures there and be like "WTF was this all about?!?".
That's so funny. It reminds me of the time my uncle flew home last thanksgiving with a home made pipe bomb in his carry-on. Oh Uncle Bob, what a goof.
My Wii is just a Netflix streamer in the guest bedroom. To be honest, the cheapest Roku is a better alternative at that. I just never got into the Wii concept.
@BootHillBossanova: Dude! Nice spotting.
I am waiting for video of a group of transvestites dressed like John Candy in "Who's Harry Crumb" opting out of the death ray and getting a generous TSA rub down.
@Scuba Steve: You don't like to get grouped in which category?
@MarcusMaximus: Maybe that was the plan all along. Post-9/11 outcry demanded the creation of the TSA, thus terminating many lucrative private firm airport security contracts. Before private firms can get back into the honey pot, the TSA has got to go, but how to get rid of them??? Voila! Make them the most hated…
Download link please.
@MaCuban: I'm hoping its like the Kindle which includes the data in the price of the unit.
I highly recommend Grocery IQ.
@ima747: Well...yes.
@Kaiser-Machead v.2.4: Well done. +1
