Was the dude driving the heli the same guy that was the Oompa-Loompas in the Johnny Depp version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory?

With the cladding on the wheel arches, it looks almost rally-ish, albeit a bit low for that. Overall, not bad looking except I've never been a huge fan of the "born from jets" front end.
