Not a day goes by where I don’t genuinely long for The Soup’s take on current events.

Jesus Christ. With the number of rape victims who gain eating disorders as coping strategies why on earth would you take this route?

Make sure to pick up my book, “Crying Yourself Successful” in bookstores now!

Remember that show Bridalplasty from 5 or 6 years ago? I was horrified by it, but watched it regardless because a girl I knew from high school was on it. I felt like I needed to shower and watch body positive slam poetry after every episode. I feel like this show would have the same effect.

Plus, as someone who has dealt with an eating disorder for 20 years, they all throw out some red flag behavior, and this is just from stuff they put on social media, I don’t even watch their show. I think it’s pretty irresponsible to have someone with, at the very least, disordered tendencies be giving people advice.

Not to mention that this kind of motivation simply doesn’t work long-term. You can’t be fueled by petty revenge all the time. You have to, as you did, find motivation that comes from you, not from others, in order to be successful. The motivation can be continuing to sleep better, have fewer knee problems, or

She really is dumping her body issues on other people (who may already have their own), isn’t she?

But if she loses some weight, that means she’s a better person than others, right?

Ahhhh...the Soup with Joel McHale....the good ol’ days....

This happened to me!

I’ve ignored this show because, well, I find it awful. But just to throw in a dude’s two cents (and an anecdote!):

The Soup was the only show I watched on E!

I know, I still can’t believe The Soup had to be cancelled over this garbage!

ugh I HATE this. If you feel the need to lose weight, make life-style changes, ect... do it for YOU. Not to “seek revenge”. How unhealthy.

Two easy steps to a post-divorce “revenge body”:

[First name] Kardashian is about the worst person to be posing as an expert on [insert any relevant issue, product, or enterprise here].

But the girl got some Kylie Lip Boxes or whatever they’re called. And a bathing suit from Kendall. And a Khloe inspired make over.

As someone who has spent my life putting what other people think about me and their needs before my own and only recently recognizing this, and as a woman who has been subject to and internalized the same body-loathing messages of almost all women, I cannot think of a more despicable, destructive, and non-motivating

Slight edit:

“Khloe Kardashian is about the worst person to be posing as an expert on a show that’s disgustingly cynical as it is.”
