I don't get it. Is there an advantage to installing an "ssh client" app for an X environment? I know you can get PuTTY for linux, and HotSSH is mentioned here. But, how are these any better than just typing 'ssh user@server.tld' from a command prompt?

Being able to edit wma files (without first converting to some other lossy format) is one of the last killer apps preventing me from completely abandoning Windows. Right now, I use Adobe Audition (formerly Cool Edit) to edit WMAs from a digital recorder.
