At least bad awards shows are a good excuse not to feel all too guilty for posting shallow remarks about looks and stuff on the internet. Because I do feel bad when I do that and I know I shouldn't be doing it but... it's kind of nice, sometimes.

If this is actually true, it's kind of unfair in the sense that at least as women we have less of a taboo if we want to talk about our mental health issues than men. Combining the societal with the possible physiological issues in fending off problems/disorders, I wonder if that then links up with the higher suicide…
