Hey buddy chill out there, I’m only speaking from my personal experience. The issues with the 2012 I owned ruined Sync for me for good. I have heard that it’s improved, but it’s not enough for me to ever give it another chance.

Had a horrible experience with Ford Sync. I’ve never hated anything as much as I did Sync, and I work for Toyota.
