I think they hate it as a spectator sport. Some things just are trash to watch. The most fun I have losing my breath that doesn’t involve latex is playing soccer and playing badminton. Would I ever, under ANY circumstances, watch someone else play either of those things? Not a chance, thats dumb.

NASCAR does suck. It does not advance the world of Motorsports in technology or excitement.

Definitely M4 GTS. The orange roll cage is a dead giveaway.

* Looks like a 10 year old’s SEMA build.

You want to point to a car that improved its styling from the 1st to the 2nd generation by a billion percent, the MR2 is the poster child. God, that first gen was ugly. It was as if a stylist cut out a wedge of cheese, scooped out wheel wells and proclaimed it finished. And bafflingly, Toyota built it.

Well, apparently none of the money went into a decent pair of non-rusty garden shears. I hope they get lockjaw.

Wonder who he learned that trick from?

I mean, maybe this is the wrong way to look way to look at it, but I’m kind of happy that he didn’t actually quit the show in a blaze of hatred, and that at the very least he wasn’t a hypocritical asshole.

It’s really got me all...

That sounds like a really

I like to pull out the old “picture in picture” on my TV and flip back and forth that way. Not perfect, but it works.

Expecting Kaepernick to be more than just a voice for change is expecting too much. If anything, movements are served best when we have divisions of labor as we do in any aspect of economy and life. Consider this: Martin Luther King was the front man for the civil rights movement of the 1960s. But the intellectual

The NFL does have something for between plays. It’s called Red Zone. I’d rather watch Red Zone than a single game. They put plays in between plays. They shoot around so fast I have to admit, it’s sometimes difficult to keep up for a novice (my wife hates it when I watch Red Zone). It was a little challenging this week

Repeating myself from yesterday, but:

It’s weird to me that it became a troop thing. The flag and song represent a lot more than just troops. And it’s weirder that we can’t criticize the military. It’s a mixed bag like any organization, but we can’t say anything bad or try to cut funding (even if the Pentagon wants certain things cut). Is it just the

I will say this: I occasionally frequent a football-related website. The fan site itself might skew a little more liberal than you might expect, but what has been stunning is the amount of high-level discussion. Football fan boards are supposed to be one step removed from 4chan, and yet I’ve seen a steady, consistent

I’m with Kaepernick and think the the protests have been both effective and useful in stimulating conversation.

To be fair, there is one of these signs posted there.
