Actually BlaqkAudio is right. Purell doesn’t cause antibiotic resistance. Antibacterial soap does, among other things like overuse of antibiotics in both livestock and humans.

You’ve got everything right except the 10x more bacteria. I’m pretty sure this is from a study in the 70's that was recently reviewed and concluded to be an overestimate.
