You're right. It's not hard to see why. Especially when "fans" get super defensive about a fake character being a minority actor when in the comics they are white. I forgot what movie that was.

To each their own. The acting most definitely seemed subpar. Maybe the dialogue and delivery killed the vibe for me.
That wasn't the focus of this review. It states the Luke is marvelous. The rest is an over-written poetic statement about messaging behind the show.
I agree. What is the ultimate point of this review? Is he show good because of acting, delivery and story-line or is it good because it's a black superhero and the cast has black actors in predominant roles?
