How is it not mediocre? Finn jones said the shoot these scenes so fast. They fight scenes look cheap, Cgi at places looks cheap. People just dont notice because they dont compare it to anything.

If u read reviews and read a lot of comment ( i have) a lot of people find that all these shows loose steam after the 8 episodes. Many would rather like to see 8-10 episodes. Or even smaller arcs like Agents of shield. 2-3 mini arcs.

The worst thing about this show are the so called "wise quotes" danny dishes out like candy. The people who made this show dont understand that wisdom cant be copy pasted from page to screen. Wisdom comes from the heart. If these writers embodied wisdom they would write it.

This shows is an embarrassment to television. Netflix/marvel has ignored the criticism of 13 episodes being to long yet they do it over and over. If the fans dont take a stand they will keep producing mediocrity.

Defenders thankfully will be 8 episodes long. I have higher hopes with this series since the guys who worked on DD season 2 are working on it. Also some people from JJ. Plus there are 4 characters so there should be enough content and no filler.

Question to you guys: If someone replaced the netflix logo with CW and told you this show is produced by greg berlanti and marc guggenheim would u doubt them? Also if they told u its some sort of spinoff from arrow would u doubt them?

You guys know when in sport a highly regarded manager gets everything right? Picking the best players doing all the right thing.
