The Intrepid suggestion...I mean, I liked the first gen, I owned one, but it also put me off Dodge forever due to the crap quality.

The K platform worked well with engines that weren’t too big or too small. The 2.2L, despite its being a little coarser than the competition, could get 30-35 MPG easily with a stick, and with today’s induction systems and transmissions, 40 would be attainable.

Hi. Gen X here. This entire article is why Boomers say Millennials are dipshits.

I never have understood why people do this at all. What am I going to do with that information that’s CLEARLY in the public every time you drive your vehicle. I’m not going to steal your identity from this because honestly there are easier ways for bad actors to act bad. If this scares them ...

Its the Buick Encore. It has comfortable seats, it’s easy to get in and out of. Old people still like to buy from domestic brands, and their eyesight is too poor to look on the door sill to see where it’s actually made (this is what my 82 year old grandparents drive)

A gray, beige, or white Chevy Equinox with Ohio State stickers and 5,000 pieces of dealership regalia that has never been removed. You are completely shafted if you find yourself behind one. Guaranteed 5 under the limit at all times, and god help you if you ever need to merge to highway speeds behind one.

I’ll believe it when I see it.

You should move closer to work.

100% this. No matter how consistant you think you are going, you are not

I’ll be honest with you, on long trips it’s usually obvious who isn’t using cruise control, and they kind of drive me crazy. Cruise keeps things orderly on the interstate.

What you have here is the perfect enthusiasts car. For the enthusiast that really doesn’t care what other people think.

I wish all gun owners had the same attitude as you.

Now that the Altima AND the Dodge Charger AND the Chevy Malibu are ending production, there is only one left:

all these comments and no one is lamenting this tragedy???... a sign that this is no longer an car enthusiast site but rather just bland car news outlet. :(

My god it’s beautiful
