My God that's gorgeous. 😍

I use it on my Odyssey which at 9 years old still has clean, supple tan leather seats in spite of my 3 small children and it’s previous owners 3 small children.
Every. Single. Volvo drivers seat with leather looks like that.
It’s like they stole Mitsubishi’s current corporate front facia design and made it look... good.
I love you all on the Jalopnik staff. I come to this site about 10 times a day and have for years. And I’ll never stop. Nothing but love.
My uncle bought a ‘93 Prizm new and had it for about 15 years. He also bought another ‘93 and a ‘97 model over the years as second cars. He loved them. They were all great cars. My wife had a corresponding ‘94 Corolla and I had a ‘02 Corolla, both of which the GEO/ Chevy Prizm were derivatives. They were solid…
That’s kind of the same deal with Tacomas. Why buy a 3 year old one when the new ones aren’t that much more expensive and you can get a better interest rate vs. used.
I’d agree with you there. While my 2015 Camry has had 104k trouble free miles, it doesn’t ride as well as my old 1997 Camry did forever ago and the interior quality, button feel and trim is cheaper. I had a 2000 Camry until it was 14 years old and it never rattled or buzzed and my 2015 has rattles and squeaks…
I love 4 Runners. I have a stupid long commute and I can’t handle the fuel economy. I’m stuck in Camryland for the near future until I can afford a third vehicle for fun.
Interesting thought.
That was my point. I don't care that my Toyota and Honda were largely engineered and both built in America. I dont care where if they were designed in America or Japan. I care that Honda or Toyota engineered and built them. Also why I'm not mad at Chevy for building in Mexico. I wouldn't buy one because it's…
Actually my post has nothing to do with not understanding where cars are engineered. I totally know that both of my Japanese cars are designed and built in America. But that was not my point at all. The point was I don't buy them because of that. I also wouldn't buy an American car from an American car company that…
You probably properly maintain your vehicles and care for them. Your experience is certainly a plus on the win for American brands. But I’d say any car that’s been properly maintained can be long lasting. The question is, how much have you spent and what type of repairs have gotten you to this point.
I literally do not care where my car is built. I care more about who built it. Both of my Japanese cars were built in America. I wouldn’t buy an American car built in America or Mexico or China because what matters to me is how well the car is engineered.
I'll go further... there are Uber and Lyft drivers in states without front plates.
I put about 125 miles a day on my car commuting, so my 4 year old Camry now has 103,500 miles already. In 5 years when my son turns 16, it'll have 225-250k on it and will be a perfect first car.
Had one I bought that was 5 years old and had 10 years. Had one I bought that was 14 years old. I drove it 2 years then my brother drove it 4 more. Had my 2015 for 3 years now. It's the first one I bought fairly new so it should hopefully last another 10 years.
You’re a madman. I love it.
I mean, don't quit writing... but you could be a badass Youtuber. I would like, subscribe and smash that bell.
