As a European the Ameican health-care (ha!) system is deeply mysterious. It costs way more than public health care and has worse health out-comes for the general population. But it makes huge, huge, really insanely huge amounts of money for a small minority of private citizens so it'll be around a long time yet.

I actually thought that this episode was a lot better than the starting too. It especially pleased me by giving some time to the fundamental conflict between presenting the basic facts of reality and pleasing your advertisers and business partners.
