I think a better plan than “stop making police cars, Ford!” is “Ford, make it so your cars help in police accountability.”

They can call for it. And Ford should ignore them.

I had a cop friend for a while. There were two things that scared him to death.

If you own an F350 you probably aren’t using the thing just to commute to work and a little light yard maintenance.

I live in VT and our State Police are much easier to deal with than small town cops. They’re not perfect and I’m speaking solely from personal experience. I just know that I feel more able to deal with a stop from the state police than a small town police force.

Yes. I got started on Travels By Narrowboat and have sort of kept up with CHG’s adventures on youtube (he’s going nuts in lockdown). Amazon also has Cruising the Cut, which is a different kind of guy running a Narrowboat with a more modern sounding engine.

I feel the same way. But it’s also weird. I feel uncomfortable when I see crowd scenes in shows now. I’ve found Narrowboating on youtube and the like and it feels more comfortable to see 1 or 2 people putting along in the middle of nowhere than watching a TV show where it was produced in a city and there are 50 people…

I’m not really sure this qualifies as mocking one’s political views. This dude stuck his neck out there and claimed the crookedest union in the country was somehow inherently good. It is possibly the most ridiculous, and unsubstantiated, statement, by a staff writer, that I have read on this website.

Same with flight hardware, but flight hardware doesn’t weigh much.
