Am I the only one that thinks this looks a bit racist? I mean That was a horrible representation of white cops. They just pull up and start firing? I bet all the bad guys are going to be white too?

But water isn’t a basic human right. I mean I still have to pay for city water, yes it is cheaper than bottled water but it also contains fluoride. Which can be taken out through a reverse osmosis system...but is a reverse osmosis system a basic human right?
