excellent, love your enthusiasm - I very rarely fork out to go to the movies but I am pretty tempted by this one ..

Yes.

will Mike himself pull the trigger on someone hes clearly somewhat fond of?

wow, National Treasure status has really fallen away under Trump.

Guy is a fucking idiot.

Wellington Paranormal features exactly 0% Jemaine, nonetheless it definitely had its moments and had that Kiwi sensibility that you freakin’ *CRAVE* ... ok myabe just me then.

oh good; glad it wasn’t just me, thought I’d lost the power of comprehension there for a moment!

That’s not bad - or perhaps correspondence from kids to Huell detailing what a stand-up relative/community man he’s been since his pickpocketing days ..

AV Club in it’s heyday addressed a couple of enigmatic Sesame Street classics:

God, I watched this with my 7yo daughter very recently, we were both in tears at the end of Rebecca’s songs. Seeing DiMaggio in tears didn’t help!

Ribot’s collaborations with Waits comprise pretty much my favourite Waits-style.  He’s all over Rain Dogs, and doesn’t waste a single broken note.

I don’t wanna label her a bad feminist nor even a bad role model for women - but own your own petulant, whiny behaviour Serena: at that moment you weren’t fighting for anything other than a few points that would earn you a few extra million $

‘grace personified’, ‘all class’ - I can’t believe that people would interpret events that way. Serena disgraced herself with an embarrassing display of entitled petulance whilst in the process of getting a bad beating on court.

For Serena Williams to poutily claim that she’s ‘fighting for women’s rights’ in her press conference is absolutely appalling.

.

Herriman has played tons of scuzzy dirtbags on Australian television, he will nail this role and make it his own.

my parents are huge fans; I’ve listened to American Gods and Anansi Boys, enjoyed both immensely - Lenny Henry’s narration of Anansi Boys was stellar ..

oh ok, fair enough - I’m not sure I agree that Kim’s plotline deserves more airtime, I love Rhea Seahorn, I love the character, but I could only watch so much of Kim struggling to choose a career path before it got a bit dull for me.

I’ve read a couple of Gaiman’s books - actually, listened to the audio versions - and they were great...
