OK did all math for my 2014 Jetta: $26596 $6922. It follows that the buyback amount excluding restitution is $19675 - the NADA value Sept 2015. November 2016 my outstanding loan obligation will be $22365. I purchased GAP insurance from VW. Will I have a GAP claim if California or VW deems my Jetta unrepairable?
