oh man. i did it the ol fashioned way. cloud had 4X cut and a ton of counters, red 13 had quadra magic gravity w magic, which does 9999 per hit, and vincent was my 'die and cast phoenix' machine with 999 hp and 9999 mp. it was straight up bonkers, but i did it. for ruby, though, you may be able to scheme your way…
