The usual then

Cool, I do the same thing. I also make sure that only one of my checking accounts is linked to my debit card (the one I carry a smaller balance on, for variable/extra spending). That way I won’t be tempted to spend a lot more, plus if my card gets stolen I don’t need to worry about losing too much money.

Windows 10 hasn’t worked too well on either of my laptops. On my Dell XPS 17, I upgraded from Windows 7 and Cortana/search was constantly buggy, forcing me to restart my computer every couple of days. Finally seems to be working right after the most recent update (a couple days ago).

In cities like Paris and Madrid, you could get fined for tossing out your subway ticket. You’ll need it to exit the station

Again?

Yeah you can get it reversed at your bank, but then the store might try to call it an unpaid bill and send it to a collection agency. Then your credit score will take a hit.

Glympse is also really good, and lets you share your location for up to 4 hours at a time. More, if you keep re-upping the time. They even have a stripped-down simplified version called Glympse Express.

Awesome, thanks for the info!

Hmm, now I'm wondering if it will work with mine. I have a 17-inch Dell XPS 17 L702X. By how much space would you say the size of your laptop exceeds the capacity of the bag?

That's because most phone manufacturers like Samsung, HTC, Sony, etc. take Android then make a bunch of changes to it. It ends up being different from "pure" Android in many ways, for better or worse (usually worse, though). The Nexus line and Motorola's current phones are examples of what pure Android is like without

It shows notifications on my custom lock screen (DynamicNotifications) but it doesn't show the contact picture like the default Messaging app does, which is a little annoying.

The only valid argument I've come across is for Californians, given our crazy drought conditions. For the rest of the country, though, carry on.

Do you still get all the prompts to upgrade to the newer version?

It's important to note that if you enable encryption on your phone, you're stuck with that screen lock option forever. That happened to me a few days ago, and I quickly realized that I couldn't use my custom lockscreen anymore (DynamicNotifications). So be really sure that you're willing to live with that one

I haven't built or worked on a PC since around 2007, so I have to ask:

Oops, I meant it uses instant chocolate pudding mix. Still the same concept though.

Interesting — I recently tried this "quadruple chocolate pudding cookie" recipe that used instant vanilla pudding mix. Although my friends liked it a lot, a couple of them thought they were a little too thick. http://www.averiecooks.com/2014/02/quadru…

Affordable doesn't mean you have to settle for mouse that could have been packed with a PC from the 90s.

Awesome, thank you! I'll look into it.

That's what it gave me and I work in visual arts but have wanted a change (I'm weirdly science-oriented for someone who works in arts). I'm now really intrigued by pursuing something like this. Would you recommend your field?
