Chronicles bombed horribly on Wii U, that’s why they’re porting it over first. Chronicles failed so badly on Wii U that they had to port it to 3DS! That was a horribly selling game.

Shocked a 2nd party game got ported over more 1st party games? 3D World is as likely as Sunshine, so that’s pretty low on the chain, especially since Toad now connect to the other Wii U port- Odyssey. They ported over Odyssey, so 3D World is less and less likely now.

When is Switch going to finally get its own games? This, Mario Kart, Splatoon, Mario Maker, Zelda, Yoshi, Donky Kong Country, Toad, etc, etc, they’re all Wii U ports! Only Nintendo can port over every single game and get praise for it while Sony took tons of backlash during the early days of the PS4 for doing this…

why? Toad doesn’t connect to it on Switch’s version.

Woo! Twelve games, they nearly ported them all now!! This is similar to GameCube games ported to Wii (look up New Play Control! series).

You forgot the Wii U’s Xenoblade is coming to Switch, meaning that’s it, every Wii U game is officially out on Switch!

Would you stop calling this a handheld? According to Wikipedia, it’s a home console that doesn’t have television output (yeah, that is the actual definition of Switch Lite). Thus, it’s NOT a handheld.

as long as the game didn’t construe the food, because Saturn doesn’t drive, or play games depending on the context- there can’t be cross-over

uh, they lost like 200 million fans when Wii U failed to even sell 1 million systems worldwide!! The Wii sole like 250,000,000 systems, when Wii U sold like 136,000 systems! Nintendo sucks!

I just hope the next Pokemon game is for the 3DS, getting tired of all these home console Switch games- give us portable gamers some love Nintendo!!!

No mention of the short lived Wii U? It only lasted like 4 or 5 months, and had bizarre advertising since only like 130,000 systems were sold worldwide, being a commercial failure. It’s not like it sold like 10 or 14 million systems with 100 million games, nope, it didn’t.

unless it’s a limited edition- not Pokemon, they make literally millions of Pokemon edition systems.

that’s the crowd this is aimed at, it’s why its MSRP is exactly that of a New 3DS XL.

So much for this “this will dominate Japan” theory. I wondered this myself, because Nintendo has been selling the Switch already as a handheld (no dock), this is going to start overlapping that same crowd. I think they should have launched both at the same time, because that’d probably sell more Lite’s in Japan, but…
