why do you not know that WarioWare started on the single screen, non-microphoned Game Boy Advance? What would be any different from a Switch version that has an IR camera now, and the Game Boy Advance version?
why do you not know that WarioWare started on the single screen, non-microphoned Game Boy Advance? What would be any different from a Switch version that has an IR camera now, and the Game Boy Advance version?
are you not aware that WarioWare started out on the single screen Game Boy Advance? That right there shows why it should be on Switch.
except the 2DS’s aren’t being moved, on Nintendo’s last quarterly report it was down like 80% year-on-year with ZERO shipped to Japan! That shows the cheap end is pretty saturate by this point (those who want it already have it, or can get it even cheaper second-hand).
Quit with the moronic argument about size, the 3DS XL (highest selling in the family) is NOT that much smaller than a Switch!
“And that’s BEFORE we go into the fact that the 3DS is still selling strong and that there are no evidence whatsoever that the 3DS is cannibalizing any sells from the Switch nor viceversa.” why then in Nintendo’s quarterly report was 3DS 70% LOWER year-on-year? That is NOT selling strong when you’re not even half what…
except it’s not 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3. It’s 20% docked only (really less than that, but I’ll round up), 50% both, and 30% handheld only (likely Japan).
that userbase is skewed (most own more than 1 3DS system), and two, the game sales have dropped massively proving that that majority of those who are active aren’t buying games for it anymore.
too bad the only way to play future Pokemon games is on Switch since Game Freak is officially done with 3DS. http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/10/19/ultra-sun-and-ultra-moon-will-be-the-last-pokemon-rpgs-for-3ds
except it’s not. Nintendo already set in motion the phase out for the 3DS, only fanboys are kind of blind to what they’re doing. Nintendo Zones? Gone. Mii Verse? Gone. StreetPass relays? Gone. See? They’re systematically shutting down 3DS features, because it’s nearing the end of its life, and Game Freak (among many…
Then why did Game Freak come out and say this?
Stupid argument by this point, the 3DS XL (highest selling in the family) is NOT much smaller than a Switch.
my Switch fits into my pocket, so that argument is invalid.
One 3DS is still Nintendo’s lowest selling handheld (in 8 years it can’t even do what GBA did in 4 years), and two, it’s about to lose Pokemon, the one franchise keeping it alive. When that officially moves to Switch, the 3DS will be beyond dead.
give it time, did the PS4 stay $500?
BS! The Switch didn’t just come out in 2018, it’s nearly 2 years old, and these ports can NOT have started more than 3 years ago! That argument is invalid, they clearly want 3DS not to die any faster than it already is, because Nintendo’s own quarterly report shows 3DS dropping like 70% year-on-year.
clearly you have no brain if you think it’s systems that sell games, because it’s always been and will continue to always be games that sell systems. The 3DS was nearly dead before Pokemon Go revitalized the franchise and thus the system, and guess what, that franchise is moving to Switch!
except it is, especially with Pokemon moving from 3DS to Switch. Explain if Switch isn’t the successor why the highest selling franchise on 3DS is moving to Switch.
then why is Pokemon moving from 3DS to Switch if Switch isn’t the 3DS successor? I’ve wondered how you moronic fanboys can answer that.
sure hope Pokemon fans enjoy playing last generation’s games then, because Game Freak already said Ultra Sun/Moon were the final ones, Switch is getting future games.
hope you don’t play Pokemon then, the highest selling franchise on 3DS is about to move to Switch!
