Proving yet again, there are a lot of sociopaths in upper management. Many of them Karen-Beckys.

There’s a certain shitty irony in complaining about video games conditioning people toward violence in the middle of literally conditioning people toward violence.
Mayor Fischer is the Mayor. He is the duly elected executive of Louisville. Those cops are employees of the people of Louisville.
And that story is the story of “dat ass” on Elastigirl!!
I still like this movie, but in the theaters I did think it was weird that the villain is some dude who uses hard work and intelligence to create a bunch of amazing inventions. And the movie’s all like, fuck that nerd.
the villian is only evil because he’s an unworthy normal person jealous of these genetically superior humans. he wants what they have, but of course he can’t have it because they were just born better than him. the subtext is super gross.
this movie never resonated with me at all. i hate it. the message seems to be “some people are just better than others, and they deserve special privileges and the laws shouldn’t apply to them”.
Yeah, but anyone who describes kicking someone as: “As he brushed past me, my foot came up and tapped him on the leg,” shouldn’t be defended either.
It’s very much a cliche at this point to excuse or understand on set temper tantrums as the price of creative artists working very long hours trying to build the thing. Still unprofessional though, especially if physical contact is involved. My opinion is that this apparently ugly, misogynistic project wasn’t worth…
I mean that would all make sense for a non-White supremacist, but Nazi Barbie wanted the police to come murder a Black man. That’s it.
All she had to do was put a leash on her dog and walk away. This interaction would have been over. But her pathological white female entitlement wouldn’t let her. Now her life is on fire (as it should be.) I hope that couple of seconds of trying to make a black man fearful was worth it all for her.
“That man” = “You people.”
“That man”? Don’t tell me she didn’t know his name by the time she made that statement.
“People don’t scream YAS QUEEN when I get up on stage and shake my bony white ass! That’s not being feminist!!”
Not according to the Karens of the world. They get to state their opinions and you can’t respond or else it’s attacking them.
I don’t get it. There’s no penalty for her doing her thing if she just ignores the back chat. She’s been on the internet since she was a child and doesn’t understand that? She needs the world and to be coddled too? That’s not how this works.
I don’t think Lana DelRay is as complex as she thinks she is.
She should get a therapist. The rest of us don’t care, and she’s setting herself up for more grief by pushing this garbage on us.
This is one of those things where “debate" is actually code for unconditional approval. It’s a notoriously popular tactic for assholes who want to tweet all day without repercussions.
The problem is that her perspective on how the media treats her is somehow entirely wrapped up in the incorrect, narcissistic, belief that other female celebrities (particularly of color) have it way easier than she does.
