well when you’re trolling, semantics is all you got.
well when you’re trolling, semantics is all you got.
and this is why gatekeeping is a plague in the fandom.
“No respectable journalist would degrade themselves to that point just to clap back at some trolls. As a reader, I’d prefer if the writers didn’t use the platform for emotional outbursts.”
Have you been a respectable journalist? Do you have a degree in journalism? I do, and I say you’re full of it. Journalism is about…
Those poor not-catered-to hardmode gamers...
You obviously missed the point, try hard.
Wild to write four paragraphs of spittle-laced invective over your own conflation of two separate points and to then proceed to argue, somehow, that game developers are being FoRcEd By RoYaL dEcReE into making easy modes for all of those evil people who want to... experience their games.
Nobody is ever going to “force”…
And it’s still right to mock the ludicrous comparison between enjoying a game as one wishes, and sleeping through school.
Yeah, like, I’m not demanding it, but I’d buy every FROM title with an easy mode. They aren’t doing that (which is their right), I’m not buying their games.
I hear the sound of a hit dog hollering.
I’ve never understood the “git gud” mentality beyond a bunch of man-children (or literal children) looking for something pointless to brag about and rag on others over. It’s so fucking childish.
It is for some people and that is valid for them, but adding an easy mode to a game does not make the difficult mode any less hard for them
Personally, Games are escapism relaxation from the day to day life.
Kinda on the nose that the term for being proud of yourself for finishing a single-player game is “beating it.”
Just because you agree with her doesn’t mean her critics don’t exist
Do you like missing the point this much, or do you just read the headline and decide what the article was about from that?
So, Heroes was as awful to make as it was to watch?
I don't care if it was a real gun. He was at his house and didn't threaten anyone. Also why the fuck is a resource officer involved? It didn't happen at school.
I was prepared to give the teacher a slight defense because the orange tip, universal sign for a TOY FUCKING FIREARM, was not visible from the initial pictures.
now that its obviously clear, fuck this teacher.
“We follow all school board policies whether we are in-person learning or distance learning. We take the safety of all our students and staff very seriously. Safety is always our number one priority.”
I am also no gun expert, but grew up with many around the house (father is a collector). Being familiar with firearms the main thing that tips me off that this is nothing to worry about is the orange tip—it’s there on most toy guns for that exact purpose.
