Holy shit! I had no idea! Gotta check that out…

Have you seen the episode of "Louis" on FX where he (almost) confronts his father? His uncle (played by F Murray Abraham) turns up unannounced and implores him: "You have to go see your father," etc. I'll stop there and let you watch it yourself. https://www.youtube.com/wat… Season 3, Episode 8, entitled "Dad."

That's a good point; validation for artist-led, independently-distributed content outside of the mainstream would be a good thing.

$31 for 10 hours of some of the finest writing, acting and directing we've seen in years is a bargain. Two people can't go to the movies for one night for $31!

I truly don't give a good goddamn if the Emmys recognize this show or not. I loved every single second of this series, and I don't need some "academy" to tell me it's good. The fact that it was a solitary viewing experience (on the laptop, with headphones, at my leisure) is one of the things that made it so cool!

Every single thing in this series happened for a reason, even if it seemed completely random. What brilliant writing!

Agreed. A very emotional return, but then immediately terrifying.
