I hope you dig it. I like the balance the ice cream provides against the jalapeno, but it’s still one of those spicy things you have to just keep eating to try and stay ahead of the heat. And the bacon provides a nice savory, salty counterpoint to the ice cream and the fact that the bacon and japs are candied.
