Mines been paid off for years, 14 days since documents accepted, still no offer.

negative, 14 days since the approved my paperwork on 11/2. Still no offer to sign and notarize.

    I’m on the TDIClub forums.

Really going for the flame war eh? Having owned and repaired an E30 M42, w124 om603 , and now E39 m62tu... I’d say you’re 1/2 right in this article.

Please get that Oversteer site to be Feedly/RSS compatible. Otherwise, you’re going into a blackhole in my news feeds. ;)

    We own a 2013 VW JSW 6speed/Nav/Pano 56k miles.

I’m sure this is a popular response.

Same here, picked up a 99 540i/6 around Thanksgiving. I jumped on the $3k deal b/c the engine was completely reworked by a great BMW shop in upstate SC that April. Hell, PO had $12,700 in reciepts for 3 years. I’ve replaced the interior and been working on cosmetics ever since...and DSC...always the DSC...fixed that

Now if VW could only buy back our TDI JSW.... :)

If there is a buy back for our 2.0L TDI JSW/6speed, this is why we will take it. It’s not the cheating emissions that has us considering a buy back offer, it’s the reliability. Keep in mind, we’ve been though leaking pano-roof, leaking rear passenger window, two recalls, still have the clock spring recall for the air

    I vote South Carolina.

Just read SC’s lemon law details http://www.consumer.sc.gov/faqs/Pages/lem…, question is this.... If you bought one of these TDIs new that had the cheat/issue all along.... how does that look under the stipulation the defect be in the first 12,000 miles....and not “effect it’s use.” As I’m reading South Carolina’s

I’d just go with a coupe with similar issues at $3500-4500. I’ve restored a 91 318ic, the cost for the convertible top will really add up. It will hardly ever not leak, after top and seals replaced, two corners will still seep under heavy rains. I loved the car but I would do a coupe if repeating. OH, and here is one

    Ditto ^^

I got the “cheaper” angle a bunch when selling my 91 318ic|E30|manual. First buyer drove it, loved it, had one before...but there is this one in Charleston, SC for $3500...(~$800 cheaper) OK, go buy that one then. I’m sure it’s not a 2nd owner with the original window sticker and all maintenance records from 1990. I’m

    +1 Blackstone Labs oil test.

Now is a good time to say, f’you people of craigslist that put $1 or $34 on their adverts. Just put the real price, screwing up my searches/rss-feeds.
