Eric, good hit. However, you bypassed the Skype - Office confusion issue. Some Skype in some Office is Skype, but other Skype in some Office is only called Skype but it is really Lync. Skype is free but you have to pay for Skype-Lync, which puts you on a different channel from your friends on Skype-Skype.
