Pretty harsh. Any food truck is likely carrying a bunch of perishable products, plus mobile kitchens dont get cleaner as they sit in impound. I dont know any millionaire food truck owners, not like they usually thrive by not working while in impound.

For example, Toronto to Montreal is a busy flight route so its cheap at 150-200 and 50 minutes in the air but the weather esp in the winter totally screws up travel.
