SFW was based on a book that I really liked, totall hilarious….when I was in the 9th grade (though I think I read it again in college and still dug it). The movie…not so much, but its soundtrack was certainly an alt-rock/grunge all-star game.

agree.

that quesarito looks pretty awesome.

well this movie is barely 80 minutes.

I suspect that everyone who has ever been to a basement show will have a favorite band or label that is missing from this, but this seems like a reasonable-enough overview. (missing hometown band: Mulligan Stu, whose great track "Couple Skate" was the A-side to their "Trailer Park Kings" 7". missing band I saw once in

ben mezrich is a horrible writer. i read two of his books as they promised interesting stories (about the mit blackjack club and some expat banker in japan getting involved with the mafia) but they are just sensationalist crap. this quote from the review — In the end, Mezrich seems to have gotten what

I like the Geraldine Fibbers' cover of You doo Right…

while that certainly is annoying, it is basically god's way of saying "here is something to keep you busy at work. on the weekend, you're on your own, go outside or something."

you know yuo can just go to AMAZON.CO.UK and for thirty or forty bucks get the entire series on DVD box set?

i want to cry. t&g is my favorite label of all time, and seeing its name on the spine of a record was pretty close to being a sure sign it was worth buying.
