AS to the bullet being a foot+ away.. Every shoot anything? Unless it sticks into the target, it moves. Shooting ice will drastically reduce the velocity, but it will still bounce. The heat of the bullet will melt its own little hole as soon as it touches back down, thus staying in place.

My city has a similar feature. I turned it off. 24/7 "Dangerous condition at XX and XX st"... "Animal bite at xx" .. "MVA with injuries xxxwestbound"

I think its awesome when companies take a hot (unintentional) minute and make an ad that glamorizes their own industry and service. Sometimes life is more fun that way. Also, in comparison to other airlines, Virgin Atlantic pretty much IS like they showcase it. By comparison, at least.
