It means "wanker" in Spanish.
People have been pointing out this distinction for decades, but I don’t recall general agreement on the definition of classic ever being reached. Around the time I graduated from high school in 1963, I remember an article or column in a car magazine which stated authoritatively stated that only cars from the Brass Age…
I thought car wash mode in a MB is just an automated text message to your assistant/servant to wash the car.
But that’s just wrong. The days of Lincoln’s being ‘tarted up Ford’s’ are so 2000. They share a platform, sure, but Lincoln has gone out of its way to differentiate between the brands. The days of them slapping a new label on a Fusion are dead, man, get with the times.
Yes. You most definitely want a Lincoln. I have owned 2 continentals so far (RIP my first 2018, totaled with 29k miles at 10 months old.) And I’m on my second black label. Just to have something to hold when you go to bed at night?
I had a Celica with a Cruise Control switch that was supposed to make freeway driving easier, but when you turned it on it just floored the throttle and made you fear for your life.
Shortly after my birth, my dad escaped Vietnam as one of the many “Vietnamese Boat People” that came to the US. Because it was such a dangerous journey, my newborn self, my mom, and my toddler brother stayed behind. It wasn’t until 8 years later that we were all reunited in the US.
One wheel per cylinder. Beautiful symmetry.
