I’m guessing you saw the first couple clone wars episodes in 2008 and wrote the series off. Don’t worry, I did too. Start at season three and go from there. The show seriously evolved into something that was not only extremely watchable, but a fascinating exploration of the Star Wars world.

Have you watched The Clone Wars series (either)? The Revenge of the Sith Novelization? Darth Plagueis? The Kanan comic? Republic Commando? You may want to take back that statement.

If you guys are into this kind of analysis of Williams’ work, let me reccomend Star Wars: Oxygen. They analyze the scores of each film piece by piece, and they actually know what they’re talking about. You already know that he music is good, but you might not realize the insane amount of detail and forethought

I remember playing that 360 demo probably about a dozen times. It was so unique. It was delicately crafted, like a piece of good cinema, it built suspense and piqued the imagination, it had ideas, beyond “shoot this” or “save your girlfriend”, ideas that were worth talking about.

My hope is that in the next decade, Disney reaches back in time and gives us the Old Republic movie we’ve always dreamed of. Thousands of Jedi, thousands of Sith, all out war. In my opinion it’s the most interesting era of Star Wars. If they brought in live action versions of Revan or HK-47, I would bow at the throne

How many flesh and blood churches have you actually been to?

One of my favorite moments in gaming history is in the first Mass Effect, and you’re talking to one of your crewmates, and they ask you if you believe in God.

That’s actually a really smart idea if it’s true. There’s almost no way, as a game developer, to take the Galaxy-altering ramifications of ME3’s endings into account in a satisfying way (see: the ending of Mass Effect 3)

I'll probably never play this game, but I'm glad it exists. Just looking at it, I can imagine 9-year old me having an absolute freaking blast. This is going to be one of the Christmas presents to beat.

I was praising them. I was just disagreeing with the notion that developers who don’t do what they do are inherently exploiting consumers.

What CDProjekt has done is great and deserves praise (and sales), but I don’t understand the stance that paid DLC is inherently exploiting gamers. If content is developed separately from the main game, and is not intentionally withheld from the main game for later sale, then that content is something that the

It's the curse of the gray-zone.

Now playing

Early builds of the first game actually had alien dinosaurs, and they were freaking amazing. A glimpse at what could have been:

I agree, but it looks like that era is over. Their pirate game looks like a ton of fun.

It's become a Bethesda tradition, certainly. Even Skyrim had you emerging from a fortress and into the vast wilderness. From the trailers, it seems Fallout 4 continues this.

Wide Release = Green or Red band. What I meant is that there's no way this is the trailer they're going to use to try and sell newcomers across America to this new Deadpool guy. This one was specially made just so that comic-con fans can know that they got it right.

This has gotta be a trailer cut just for the fans, right? I don’t care how charismatic Ryan Reynolds is, can’t imagjne a wide release trailer for a superhero movie ending with:

Thank you for not just bashing this for its lack of interactivity. Some parts of the internet have seen a ridiculously strong anti-cutscene sentiment emerge, and I’m sure they’d prefer this article to conclude with some sort of “GET UR MOVIES OUTA MAH GAMES, NOTHING MATTERS ‘CEPT THE GAMEPLAY” statement.

It's just astounding to me how much Mircrosoft has turned around the Xbone into a truly great game console. The contrast between E3 2013 and 2015 is applause—worthy. Add to that an excellent show from Sony and tons of great games all around, and I agree that this one is definitely a win for gamers more than anyone

I love that they're turning the dog into an absurdly useful companion/tool. Nothing more stressful than worrying about your adorable canine companion getting obliterated by a super mutant.
