I saw one of those at the West Chester, PA Cars and Coffee last Saturday. Neat car in person.
Came here to post this.
I've spent a lot of money over the years on food and women. The rest, I fear, I've wasted.
"Is that an aircraft carrier you've built, Japan?"
Remember Alice? It's a song about Alice.
Also, he can punch any of you guys and we won't mind. We're Americans- we're screwy that way about our heroes. :-D
I learned long ago that 'Military grade' and 'Mil spec' just mean that it's cheap enough that the government could buy thousands of them and still have wiggle room in the budget for partying with Tony Stark whenever they bought a crate of missiles.
Mine is similar to #1. I worked at a GMC dealer in the early 2000s and we sold a customer a brand new Savanna conversion van. A week after he bought it, his wife tried to put it in their garage while he was out of town. The body shop got the garage shaped indentation fixed for her, and my dad (a house painter) got the…
Not to ruin the surprise (though I'm fairly certain if the surprise hasn't been ruined by now, it's because nobody reads the comments first) but I'm shocked the PT's roof didn't bust right through... maybe the headliner was holding all the weight. :-p
Thanks buddy, I spent a solid hour ogling the cars they have sitting for sale in Richmond, VA on their site. I was mentally debating selling two other cars to get the Skyline four door they have.
Came here to say the same thing- a lot of the title places are run by people who love cars, and the prospect of working with something they'd never see otherwise (or hey, take the dude for a ride afterward- he's earned it) isn't a hardship, it's worth it. Doug, if you can possibly avoid it, don't go to the DMV in…

The Saabs were typically in the low 30s on the highway and advertised at 28 or so, the Volt I got around 45 miles of electric range instead of 35-40 and then got about 40mpg once the…
"Don't Choke" and "Choke The Chicken"
if you find yourself in Philly with time to kill, go to the Simeone museum.
I think that's because it's where the seat belt is attached to the car.
Hell, we got a recall for 5, FIVE, XTS and Impalas in the U.S. last year. All five were still in dealer inventories, 3 of them hadn't even arrived at dealers yet. JUST CALL US. "Hey guys, fix this thing. Parts are on the way."
I can prove that Europeans do, in fact, drive from the roof of the car. :-p
I still wish they'd taken my naming concept: 'Superbocharged.'
Funny enough, that's EXACTLY what I said on the 'what do I buy?' thread- buy ten Corvairs and you're still under your price limit. lol
I like my little 64, just have to get the oil leaking/burning under control- otherwise it's near mint.
