@mipakr: STi drivers have more accidents, percentage-wise, are generally at fault for those accidents, and tend to modify their cars more- hell, my fiancee's 09 Saab 9-3 has a lower premium than her 01 Hyundai Accent did with the same coverage levels.

@mipakr: Both GSR. Same coverage levels, same AGENT for that matter- we went in and checked, both policies are the same except for my age and marital status.

@True-Blue: I'm a little under $100 a month on my 03 Evo, and my record's clean. I'm 27 and male and single, which is probably a lot of it- my best friend is 30, married, and lives 3 streets away from me with the same year Evo and he pays $58/mo with the same insurance company.

S'mores, anyone?

@Totoros Porsche: Especially when said EV is suspiciously suppository shaped...

Apparently all is well with the world now, they reopened everything.

@bacon117: Don't be a pussy- this guy looks legit. :)

So, now it's the original GT40's height? Improved! :-p

This 1959 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Convertible- all original and sitting here at work. Longer than an Escalade ESV and the back seat is tiny, but the trunk can swallow most small cars as dinghies.

We've been putting these on modified Saabs for a while now- it always gets an amusing double take :)

@lilwillie: I figure if I added up all the cash I've spent on car magazines over the years, I could have built a really nice engine with it instead by now.

CL65 FTL.

@Skeetz: Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahaha!

Saab's friction testers have always been one of my favorite airport sights- being a Saab dealer, I knew to look out for them, now you do too :) An innovative solution to a pretty common problem, and they cost about as much as the old trailers did back in the day.

Wow- at that time, that would have been a world beater. Even now it would have remained pretty competitive, performance-wise. I'd imagine a lack of practicality in the systems required to make it work would be the reason it didn't get the go-ahead, but I'm wondering why they didn't shoehorn the powerplant into

So... this is where Mahindra got the idea for the 'necessities' plastered on their Tonka truck?

@ttyymmnn: Now we just need to get Nitro in here and we've got American Gladiators all over again!

@Cpt. Morgan: Does that mean the oil filter is still right above the driver's side exhaust manifold? Primo placement, that.
