Try a couple of tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar instead. IMO it’s more complex than just the one-note sweetness of C₁₂H₂₂O_11.. 

I normally add red wine to my spaghetti sauce. It adds depth and complexity..It also can cut an overly sweet sauce....As to adding sugar... Nope! Add Apple Cider Vinegar..You get the sweet notes without the one-dimensional sugar thing..

Pretty much everyone from Hillary to Obama and Bernie have spoken (quietly) about going Single Payer. Why? Because a real Euro style Single Payer would cut our $3.2 Trillion yearly health care bill down by 1/3 to 1/2 and cover everybody.
